Hecktic. You have to pass several stages before the final interview. The stages included: cv sorting, aptitude test, focus group discussion, assignment+presentation and final interview. You have to pass each stage to proceed to the next.

Apptitude Test (Online) - FGD (In-Person. Give you a situation Find out the solution by yourself first & then discuss with your team to come up in a common ground) - Presentation & Viva (Case given- 3/4 days before viva day. Present that on the Viva day in front of recruiters).
