So, I got an automated email asking me to email a separate email with my availability for an interview. I did so and waited two day, then followed up again. I got a response from a woman asking ME to call HER. I did so, and she asks me what job I applied for? I tell her, she starts rummaging through files and finally finds my application while she talks about just how many people have called her about this job (29 people, by the way). She starts rattling off the job requirements and asking me questions, but when she gets to the technical part about antennae equipment (something I'd made known I wasn't familiar with) she starts going off about how this job is, and I quote, way out of my league. She says this no less than 5 times and explaining to me why. Super weird, pretty offensive, and just awkward. Yikes.
