Can you elaborate on your experience as a Project Manager? Specifically, how have you managed cross-functional teams, developed and maintained project schedules, handled resource allocation, and ensured the successful execution of projects on time and within budget?
Interview process was very well organized and seamless. There were two initial interviews set up with the hiring manger and then a final interview with leadership. Over all the interview was easy.
