It is a 30 minutes phone interview. Based on resume and previous experience. They are pretty nice and questions are not technical -- Alumni interview. Easy Interview but no response after two weeks. Summer Intern are 10 weeks, quantitative, need python coding and the time are very flexible (from May to September)
HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at BlackRock (New York, NY) in Jun 2026
Interview
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
