I applied online in September 2015 and it took ages to receive any response. I got an invitation with a time frame of only a couple days. Had an video interview with BlackRock, just 3 Questions and 1 minute to answer. Questions were pretty standard but considering that you have just 1 minute to answer made it not easy.
