Online hireview initial round. Covering various behavioural questions as well as some more general questions on commercial awareness and why blackrock. Found the online nature challenging however questions were fair and gave the opportunity to show personality.

I took the Blackrock recruitment process. After entering all the informations, I received an email asking me to take the Hirevue interview. It consists in 2 questions, with 5 minutes to think and then 1 minutes and 30 seconds to answer.

First Round- Online 15 min video interview (consisting of 3 questions, no time in between to prep and cannot pause the recording)
Final Round- 2 rounds of interview (2 senior staffs and 2 analysts) at the office
