Interview
Had interview yesterday, haven't yet been contacted regarding Superday. The interview was relatively easy, with few technical questions. I was only tested on technical knowledge when talking about my experiences in a summer internship. The interviewer was fair, unassuming, and even-keeled. Knowledge of the firm is a must. BlackRock prides itself on excellence, and it is necessary to know the firm inside-out when interviewing with them. Advice would be to reach out to current employees to get perspective on culture to have an idea before walking into the interview.

Describe the business model with respect to BlackRock, BlackRock Solutions, and Portfolio Analytics Group and explain how the three go together and the functions they serve.
Select 2 roles, each requiring 2x HireVue followed by 2x Video Interview.
Video interviews with two different interviewers currently working in the role.

HR reached out to me after a successful virtual cover letter, and booked my an interview with one of the team's analysts. The analyst was really nice and the interview wasn't at all technical, more kind of getting to know me.

Interview
First stage online virtual cover letter consisting of three questions. Not difficult questions at all. All 3 questions were fairly standard and can be found online. Did not make it past this stage unfortunately.
