Applied on workday. Got an invitation for an interview a month later. Had an interview with two people on the team. However, I did not hear back from them for almost two months.
no phone screening, just reahced out by the recruiter and answered several personal information questions through email. Then scheduled the first round interview (back to back). Waited several weeks after it and contacted the recruiter but without any response.

3 rounds, First was a HR screen via email where they asked me a bunch of questions and I emailed it back. Then one interview with hiring manager, mainly behavioral and then a few general tech questions about my familiarity with sql. Then final round with 2 interviewers, mainly behavioral and asking about my familiarity with data. Then I was ghosted by my recruiter, never heard back.

Two rounds - junior professionals (1-2 years in company): mix of tech & behavioral questions
Interviewer 1 - focus on tech --> good experience
Interviewer 2 - focus on behavior, fit for the company culture --> good experience
2 weeks waiting time to get results and can schedule a time for the next round of interviews in the following 1-2 weeks
Two rounds - senior professionals (operator/manager)
Interview 1 - The interviewer was late for the interview, and asked case study & non-traditional questions --> not a good experience
Interview 2 - behavioral questions --> good experience
Result - no offer
Based on HR's feedback, the interview performance was pretty good, but there was a lack of financial background. Actually, the only financial questions I've been asked are about BlackRock's current stock price. Be sure to be prepared for this question no matter if you apply for technical or non-technical questions.
