The first phase involved completing Hireview. After a few weeks, I heard back and was scheduled for 4 back-to-back 30-minute interviews. They differed with some being soley behavioral, other focused on certain experiences, some focused on analytical and working in teams, and the work I was involved in, and a mix of analytical and team involvement.
