I wanted to share my experience with Blackbird's interview process. While the initial stages were smooth, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and feedback after the final interview. Despite following up, including an email to the national head, I received no response.
Feedback is crucial for candidates to understand their performance and improve for future opportunities. A lack of response not only shows a lack of professionalism but also reflects poorly on the company's reputation. Candidates invest significant time and effort, and it's essential for companies to provide timely and constructive feedback.
