There are two steps interview process, first step with the manager and second step with the manager and CFO. The manager seems to be happy with the first interview and called me up for a second interview with both the manager and CFO. Came to the second interview and unexpectedly to be given completely different response, that I was inexperienced enough and needed more experience to be in this role. Surely there should be a communication between the Manager and CFO prior to the interview process regarding the candidate prior second interview, How could there be such a big gap between the Manager's and CFO's response? and the question is why progressing a candidate for the second interview when there is a lack of experience? I got asked the same question so starting all over again. I'm happy at the end that I can see through the company prior accepting anything. It's confirming all the previous comments. At least try not to waste other people's time. Going to interview takes efforts and time.
