The process consisted of three stages: 1) initial call with the internal talent team; 2) virtual interview with the hiring manager; 3) face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and head of marketing, including a take home case study that involved building a full campaign strategy and executional plan.
Despite the time and effort involved in the process, I was completely ghosted after the final interview. I followed up with the talent team 3 times over a course of 2 weeks and did not receive a response just to let me know they proceeded with a different candidate.
Unfortunately this led to a very negative experience overall and I would advise that hiring processes are revised for future to ensure candidates are followed-up with post-interview, particularly when they're at a late stage.
