I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blankfactor in Dec 2024
Interview
The process was pretty standard. The recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn, and I completed the phone screen and technical interview. The next steps were expected to include another call and an offer. Overall, it was a typical process, similar to those of other tech companies.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Blankfactor (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2024
Interview
1. Initial contact message by LinkedIn InMail (not personalized). She didn't bother to take a look at my profile first.
2. Screening interview with a recruiter (who has no technical background). She seemed to be in a hurry because the meeting took less than 30 minutes.
3. Technical interview with internal leader. At least, he was more professional than the recruiter.
4. Client interview.
5. Job offer.

Question 1
To get the questions, simply take the requirements and qualifications from the job post and ask ChatGPT to create screening questions as a Recruiter. That's it. Easy!
The recruiter asked very superficial questions and was not able to provide more details of the project, since she didn't seem to have any idea of the basics of the tech stack she was looking for.
