Received an invite from a recruiter for a hiring manager interview. Interview with the hiring manager was standard procedure, half behavioral questions with half the time spent towards a systems design question. Never heard back from the recruiter after meeting, despite reaching out directly.

Interview
The process was as follows: 30 min intro meeting with recruiter, 30 min intro meeting with hiring manager, 1 hr technical interview, 45 min technical interview/behavioral, offer. The interviewers throughout the technical interviews were collaborative and you can bounce ideas off them to figure things out.

System design, coding - not leetcode style questions
Recruiter screen then hiring manager interview with behavioral questions as well as technical questions about resume. Hiring manager interview included system design part as well. Overall it was a good experience and process.
