Blentech interview questions

I had two sets of interviews for my role. I had the opportunity to interview with two team members who I would work with side by side and then interviewed with someone in senior leadership who I would report to. The second intervew was a working interview which allowed me to see what a day to day would be like.

My interview experience was exceptionally positive, characterized by the welcoming demeanor of Vanessa and Mary. They immediately put me at ease, fostering a comfortable environment that allowed for genuine interaction.Their questions were specific and insightful, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the role and a commitment to assessing my qualifications fairly. While firm in their evaluation, their approach was equitable, and I felt a strong connection with both interviewers throughout the process.
