The interview is easy. They tend to ask about past experience. However, they don't have a solid indicator for assessing candidate on EVP meeting stage, even the HR team already informed the candidate they will deliver the offering letter soon, but in the end the cancel the process with remarks "insignificant experience"for a fresh graduate position which is irrelevant. If they gonna fail candidate because experience matter, they should have done it on the CV screening process, not in the time when you wait for the offering letter. The HR also behave unprofessional buy blocking candidate contact.
