Interview with potential manager and peers about previous experience and general approach to management. Some important aspects are approach to mentoring, people management, leadership, teams organization and recruitment. There were two calls each lasted about an hour.
really enjoyed meeting the team but the interviews were all quite different. the team was growing quickly and you could tell everyone was hustling. i did not end up in final rounds but appreciated the experience of interviewing with the team

Very chill and a laid back interview process. Managers enjoy working there. Unitl everyone got laid off because of Zach Prince. But it was great while it lasted.
