Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about my knowledge about crypto, what my goals with the position are, and what my end goals are.
I went through a four-stage interview process: an initial HR screen covering the role and company overview, followed by three separate interviews with leads from the accounting team. Communication throughout was good — the team kept me consistently informed on next steps and the overall process moved at a refreshingly quick pace.

Question 1
they asked me questions about my accounting background, tasks I enjoyed the most, why would I be interested in joining blockchain and what I brought to the table. Conversations were nice and simple
The interview process was pretty straight forward, there were 3 rounds an HR interview to check I was aligned with the role description and if my background fits the role, then a technical interview where the questions were directly related to the position and a last interview with a manager which was a mix between fit and technical questions. Overall the process was respectful and straightforward.
