I applied online. I interviewed at Blood Cancer United
Interview
Very entry level job. Interview was focused on past work experience (if any) and internships. They didn’t ask any hard questions or STAR questions. Interviewed with direct manager - campaign manager and direct managers assistant - campaign specialist. Both very nice and informative!
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blood Cancer United (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2019
Interview
Met an HR rep at a career fair, then applied for the position online. Supervisor then called me to ask a few behavioral questions, and then I went to the office to do a final in person interview. Overall, very casual experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Blood Cancer United (Omaha, NE) in Jul 2019
Interview
It was all very quick. Application in Friday, call by Monday, interview Tuesday, offer Wednesday, etc... Unlike a lot of non-profits I have worked with, this seems to be quicker in their decision making process.
The only way to apply to work with this organization is through their website, be prepared to do that all in one sitting.
