I applied online. I interviewed at Blood Cancer United
Interview
Interviewed with two people on that day for one position and then was asked if I was willing to stay to talk to someone else about another opening. The entire interview process was maybe slightly longer than 2 hours. (This was in 2019) All three people I spoked with were extremely nice and took their time to explain what the roles are and what it would entail. I can tell they follow a certain format with the interview and they would ask a lot of behavioral questions.
The entire experience was positive probably besides the parking (parking lot was cramped!) and no one offered me anything to drink so I was very dehydrated after 2 hours of basically nonstop talking. So bring your own water.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Blood Cancer United (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Straight forward: I applied online and received an email soon after to schedule an in-person interview. I interviewed with the person I would be replacing and the Director. Interview was listed to take 30 minutes, however, it went over 2 hours.
The very next day I receive an email advising they selected another candidate. However, the job posting is still online. Dishonesty raises a RED flag - will not consider this employer in the future.
