The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bloom Energy (Sunnyvale, CA) in Apr 2012
Interview
The first phone interview was with bloom energy recruiter, the recruiter did not call me at the scheduled time. After inquiring it was rescheduled. The interview went well. A day later I got a call to from some lady to schedule an appointment with the hiring manager.
The hiring manager called in 15 mins late, sounded totally disinterested did not introduce himself and just asked me can you go through your resume. As I was going through my resume he asked me if I knew anything about six sigma tools told him yes. Then it seemed like he started walking or was on a speaker, but it was hard to hear a word he was saying that is when he asked me something I did not understand, I repeated the question to conform what he said....he totally got disinterested and said "well I am sure I will find people with more experience thank you for your time. Do you have any questions?"
That was about it....10 mins tops.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Bloom Energy (San Jose, CA)
Interview
Received a return offer from the internship, but for the internship I had a call with the recruiter, a call with the hiring manager and then 2 calls with people in the team I was getting hired for. Not very technical, more on my experiences.
First, there was a 30 minute screening call with recruiter over background. Next step was a 30 minute call with the hiring manager to discuss the job requirements and go over my background and resume.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bloom Energy (Philadelphia, PA) in Aug 2022
Interview
A long interview process, but streamlined. Multiple steps with multiple interviewers for 30 minutes apiece. The interviewers asked both targeted and typical questions, the operations manager asked about my interactions with floor personnel while the HR manager asked about how I have handled conflicts at work.

Question 1
