Interview
It was good, Basically they just need to see that you have strong command on client engagement as well as Bloomberg terminal. If you have certificates from them it will be really helpful to you that could help you get shortlisted easily.

Interview
The interview process was quite mixed. I was greeted by actual employees which was quite welcoming/assuring. The interviews spanned several rounds on different days with 2 person panels. The questions were both behavioral and experience based. The offices were quite a sell and an overall tour was given. They emphasized transparency which was embedded int he building's architecture. Overall, the interviewers appeared to put on a tough face, but I think it was part of the weeding out process.
