I applied online on Bloomberg's career website. I received an email asking me to complete a pre-recorded interview question. The questions were shown in text on the screen and I recorded myself giving answers. After completing the video interview, I was then scheduled for a video interview with a manager in the Global Data Team. Both interviews were basic questions about how I fit within the role and general knowledge about Bloomberg and its business. I was then invited to a Bloomberg in-house interview. There were 2 individual exercises and 1 group exercise. All of the exercises were critical thinking based and require no real preparation. There was also one one-on-one interview, again asking behavioral questions.

The interview wasn't well designed. We were supposed to have 1 hour interview but I guess some main questions were left til the very end and we did not have enough time to cover those questions. I rushed through their questions because I was busy that day. The interviewer did ask me if I wanted to stay and discuss more but I really couldn't. So we were both left unsatisfied. I couldn't answer as well as I could, and I may appear as uninterested as I simply did not have the extra time for them.
