First Phone interview: basic questions on Bloomberg and its activity
Second Phone interview: CV, questions about Bloomber and the role, "What environment would not you want to work in?".
No competency questions but at the same time is not easy to sell yourself aside from stressing how much you love Bloomberg.

The first interviewe was face face, after the telephone contact being very brief and largely only clearifying salary expectations. The following interviewe was the next workng day, and I met with to couples of interviewers for half an hour each. I enjoyed the overall interview alot. They are very focused on why Bloomberg and why the specific positiona, and will happily ask over again until your answer is acceptable. Make sure to understand as much as youbpossible can of the company and the position before you go. The style of the interviewers was very different, some talking more, other less, some will warm up to you, others won't. If your position comes with a language requierment, make sure to get specific instrunction on what language you should be prepared for.

They were looking for a candidate who could speak the language which was my least developed language, even if I am native in one minor European language. I did not see that coming...
