It seems like that company already has someone in mind. the interviewer was not respecting the person being interviewed. As she slouched in the chair and showing non-chalant expression. Even if this could be one of the interview techniques, it still does not let the interviewee to feel good about joining the firm.

Not much of questions were asked as the interviewer had no interest in the interview.
Multiple rounds of interviews. First round is a phone screen with a recruiter. Second round is with a team member. I had to chase the recruiter multiple times to get an update.
