Received an email asking directly for an interview, with no phone interview before. A woman from the HR department, told me to travel to a Bloomberg office (600km) and make from there an interview through videoconference.
pretty easy going. Mostly asked questions that you will find online. They just want to see an active interest in finance and good communication skills. Make sure to look into the company, recent topics and have a nuanced perspective on all of it.

What's a recent financial/economic related event that you have been thinking about or researching?
Mostly virtual, not a lot of technical coding questions until final round. Bloomberg Terminal experience was nice to have but they didn't seem to care much. One or two rounds then a virtual superday.

it was moderate & interactive but it was hard when the questions were around star approach. There were in total two people who were taking my interview from different nationality, both were interactive but being a fresher I was quite not prepared for some questions out of my domain.
