You receive a video interview if you passed successfully online application process. Then you speak with HR And Team leader in the department you are applying for. After that you receive the reply the same day whether you got the offer or not.

First round was with a team lead which was casual and not technical. Second round was with the head of group and another senior person from a vertical group. I was pleasantly surprised to see all females on all my interview rounds.

Interview
First you do the hirevue, pretty easy nothing special here. If selected there is a Super Day, for that there is a 15 min case study and a 30-40 min behavioral interview during the superday. You also have to do a 30 min data test which is again very easy. If selected panel interview and then a manager interview to get decision. Questions are all behavioral and this position is for data analyst not data sciences.
