Interview
I got a phone interview at the first round. I talked to an IT manager. After that I was called for a group interview which consists of five candidates. We were asked usual HR questions as well as an experience in IT field. However it was rather personality test rather than technical. The last interview seems to be more technical.

Interview
Phone Interview- HR contacts you if they pass your application and resume. This is when you are invited to the recruitment event.
Recruitment event (Written Test, Desktop Build, Five different interviews)- You get a tour of the company and you go through multiple tests and interviews.
If they like you, you will then progress into the final Interviews where they will analyze your previous experiences and interrogate on your position and whether you are prepared for it.
