The interviews were a mix of motivation, knowledge and general cognitive ability questions. Since I was an internal hire it might have varied slightly to other interview processes. In general they were very focused on a willingness to learn and general interest in the financial market.

Not good. Got to the last stage and wasn’t hired. Not a great experience. Will not recommend. As I had already gone though tests and series of interviews before the last one
Video interview. Ensure you have a good internet connection. Followed by three face to face interviews. Role play to sales job. For language speaker, they will test ur language Just be authentic and humble. Culture is nice
