Went to a career fair, turned in my resume, received an email and had to do an assessment, then after getting through that, was able to get a video interview.
20 minute initial interview, was not the final interview to decide whether I did obtain the internship or not. This was for the Summer Internship in the Legal and Compliance Department.
The Super day was a bit intimidating but overall everyone was friendly. It was application then recorded interviews the super day where it was group and individual interviews. The individual interview were with both sales and analytics managers.
lengthy but clear cut. The process was smooth and was easy to follow. The only issue was the online interview process, I don't like that style or interview. I prefer speaking with someone face to face.
