Interview
In a nutshell, the best interview is experience I’ve ever had. Consists of 5 stages - Resume/CV, Video interview, Language assessment (for non-native speakers), Team leader interview (2:1), and Manager interview (2:1). It’d definitely be hard for non-finance background candidates to answer the industry-specific questions but it is okay only if you can show them that you’ve done tons of research about the role, Bloomberg, and finance industry.

It was a natural conversation. Not tense. Almost didn’t even feel like I was having an interview. Tested both Japanese and English skills. They also asked me about their products

What did you work hard during university
Begins with a personality assesment that also includes puzzles meant to test pattern recognition. The assesment and the personality quiz takes about 30-40 minutes and requires no preperation before hand.
First was Hireview, 1 Hour interview with two team leaders, and assessment centre, consisting of tests, networking, and a final round interview with two team leaders from analytics and sales departments respectively.
