I was invited to a group interview via Skype shortly after my application, the process was very easy. They asked the usual questions, nothing out of the ordinary. Asked to complete an editorial quiz after the interview.

Interview
The interviewer will send an email of her schedule via email. After picking a date you will have to wait for the specific date and time before the call will start via Skype. Questions of experience and skills will be asked. Knowledge about tools, software, and online sites will be asked that are being used in the company. Then the questions about personality, work experience, ability to handle stress will follow. Last question will be about availability.

You get an email to schedule a phone interview with one of the lead managers or the CEO (this was the protocol before, not sure if it is anymore). The company is virtual-based, so the phone interview is the only one you have before being hired. You call a conference line, put in the conference code, and wait for everybody to arrive. That's because it could be a group interview...which wasn't specified, so it was a bit confusing when I began talking to a random girl who also didn't know what was going on. They asked us several questions and we alternated answering.
