Delightful interview experience. Always in time, straight to the point and with a focus on the next steps during the closing minutes. Very short as well - in 10 days I've gone through the whole process and got an offer.

I've been asked to describe my previous roles, why I was looking around for something new, what's the corporate culture that I came from and so on. I've also been requested to partecipate into a RPG to show my presentation / demo skills.

First call interview, recruiter didn't show up and didn't receive a follow up email/call to reschedule. Its a hot market for technical people out there so this was a nice way to filter the company out quickly.
