I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Blue Chip Maintenance
Interview
Quick and thorough. Everyone seemed nice. Nothing bad to say about it. "Possible sketchiness with pay". The explanation has given me second thoughts about taking the job. Remains to be seen what happens.
Very laid back and experienced focused. 100% professional and to the point. Broke down the job description and what they expect out of the the job applicant. Also discussed what they were willing to do for the employee as in salery and benefits.

I applied online. I interviewed at Blue Chip Maintenance in Dec 2020
Interview
After my initial application, I was contacted both via email and text by one of their recruiters. After responding to her text, I was then texted by the same person via a different phone number. After taking a short online assessment, I was then told my qualifications match and they would like to set up a phone interview. Same recruiter that I had been speaking with called 15 minutes late. She asked me some generic interview questions and basic background information on my history and skills. After she told me my qualifications look like a good fit, she abruptly ended the interview and did not even give me time to ask my own questions about the position or company. I sent a follow up/thank you email an hour after our interview. I received no reply to this email but noticed that my application on Indeed was updated to not selected. I wish she had given me more time and attention during the interview and been direct with me instead of telling me my qualifications are a good match when it clearly wasn't what they were looking for.
