Interview
The second interview was more relax and not very formal. I completed a competency test before hand that was the main focus of the conversation. They went over their main priorities and seem to stress the importance of hard work and professionalism. They seem eager to move forward from the results of the test, but the glazed over the talk on pay which was pretty low
