I interviewed at Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions
Interview
Submitted resume and cover letter via online application. I then had a phone interview with HR. If HR likes you, then HR schedules phone interview with BCBSA employees (most likely people you'll be reporting to). This conference call took about 30-40 minutes, and they asked about healthcare issues and behavioral questions.

Question 1
Why are you pursuing your masters program? Where do you see yourself?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions (Buffalo, NY) in Apr 2019
Interview
Very overwhelming. There was no phone screening and they didn't give me a heads up on who I was interviewing with and for exactly what position. I went in blind, and ended up going through 3 separate intern positions with 4 different people. It lasted well over 3 hours. I thought I did fairly well given my circumstances, and got very good feedback from all but one person (who was just straight out mean the whole time). I never heard back from the recruiter or the company on their decision. I just assumed I was no longer being considered.

Whats your accounting experience

Interview
The interview consisted of two telephonic rounds: one with the HR and one with the hiring manager. The process took 35 days, from the date of first interview to final decision date. Interviews were very easy, the hiring manager asked me to walk through my resume and explained the role in great detail. Was receptive to questions, and gave a lot of clarity. Here comes the bad part: they did not adhere to the timeline promised. They said they will return with a decision in a week, but it took them 3 weeks overall to comment on anything. Kind of negative on that front, considering the number of follow-ups I had.
