I agree with everything on the other interview review about blue harvest about bad professionalism, wasting time.
My experience was:
1. I applied for a position on their career page.
2. I did the introduction interview and waited for almost A MONTH to get the result of my FIRST interview.
3. they gave me an assessment to do, which to be honest not that hard but still takes time to do.
4. Wait for ANOTHER MONTH for them to review my assessment with the reasoning "none of the staff is available to review my assessment". (I don't get this, how is it possible that none of the staff have a maximum of 1 day to review my assessment for a whole month?)
5. Another 2 weeks passed and they want to continue which means my assessment passed and another invitation for an interview with their tech team.
6. Result was good, HR said will draft me an offer and calculate their budget then will send me the offer (I am pretty sure this means I am accepted for the position)
7. Wait for a week, contact HR to ask about the offer, same excuse, still calculating for the budget.
8. Another week passed, ask about the offer again.
9. They informed me that the company is an IT consultant company, and right now they don't have clients which require my skill stack, therefore can't give me an offer.
This is the worst interview experience for me, imagine how much time and effort was wasted on the whole process also the anxiety, and the stress.
Please fix the whole interview process, time is precious, don't toy with people's feelings, applying for a job is a serious matter, if you can't hire, please don't waste others time.
