I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Blue Origin (Kent, WA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Lots of phone call rounds, then an invite to an on-site location where a presentation is expected. One on ones after the group presentation. The recruiter did not follow up as expected and I had to call and email checking for status. Finally they said they did not have the FTE headcount any longer and would not be proceeding. A waste of my and their time for interviews if there was not a headcount or a bit sad if they could just reject stating I wasn’t the best candidate for their needs.

I applied online. I interviewed at Blue Origin (Seattle, WA)
Interview
HR forgot to tell me the interview format so I had no idea the first phone interview was the official interview. Interview with the supply chain management team was good, a lot of specific technical questions so they can compare candidates. Company seemed quite disorganized as of 05/2017 and I had another offer so I did not bother with Blue Origin.
