Interview
30 minute technical phone screen, 30 minute HR interview, 4 hour panel interview, and then an offer. Process was long and detailed. The panel interview requires a 1 hour presentation and a write up about why you want to join blue origin.
It was easy and straightforward. It's not as technical as other interviews. Questions were related to position and system of the rocket. Thermal questions and material science questions. Some behavioural questions. Presentation required.

First was a Phone screening with HR Second was a Technical phone interview with hiring manager Third was a 1 hr long presentation and 4 30 minute one-on-one interviews with people in the presentation
