Interview
Phone screen ( 1st recruiter), then hiring manager, led to a 30 + minute phone interview and very meager follow-up. Interesting at the beginning, then probably due to the nature of the role, the hiring manager promised a second interview that never happened; I left the interview un-inspired but still eager to get the job.

Question 1
What is the way you discover a problem? What are the quality attributes of a process? What data and measurements are you looking for? How to facilitate the discovery of needs for small and large groups? Do you know the OPEX for this process? The structure is pretty cool; probably next time, I will find the right fit. The role itself did not connect with the product; it was more best practice-based.
