Interview
This was one of the worst interviews I’ve had. The hiring manager didn’t even bother to ask me what my name was let alone read my resume. He spent the majority of the interview reading off technical questions from an engineering text book. He had no interpersonal skills and it was clear HR told him to make sure the interview was 30 minutes exactly. The project prospects didn’t seem great either when I asked about it. The hiring manager straight up said most of their projects are funded by Jeff Bezos and ranted about contracts they recently lost to SpaceX.

Interview
Initial 30min Recruiter Screening that asked mostly motivation for working at Blue Origin and what technical skills you bring that match the Job Description. During the same meeting, I was told I'd be going forward to the panel interview.
My panel was 5 1-on-1 45 min sessions. Very big mixture of behavioral and technical questions depending on who you're interviewing with.
The interview process was smooth and easy to organize. Everything was set up efficiently and completed within a few weeks. There was a panel interview with several experts on the team. Overall, I had a great experience.

Interview
Took a few weeks and involved calls with the recruiter, a call with the hiring manager, a 4 hour panel interview and an essay. No real feedback on the interview despite feeling like things went well. The recruiter could’ve been more responsive.

Some very vague technical questions phrased by someone who isn’t technical and a lot of behavioral questions.
