The interview process for the role I applied for (it was a Level 1 position) was, in my opinion, pretty good. I applied near the end of May 2024, and I was contacted by a recruiter via email just a few days shy of a month later. They asked me to provide answers to several screening questions via email and to write an essay. A few days later, they scheduled my panel interview, which I felt went pretty well, and they also didn't ask any technical questions. Unfortunately, they moved forward with another candidate, but at least the recruiters stayed in contact with me and kept me informed about my status as I awaited the final decision. From application to rejection, the process took about two and a half months.
