Blue Rhino Art Consultancy interview questions

Unprofessional, Tima was distracted talking to other people during my interview, I could hardly hear her as she sounded like she was sitting in a busy restaurant when calling me. She didn't seem to care about any of my previous experiences and asked me when I could start. I mentioned I would not be working there if there was no pay - I was then told I would receive commissions (during the pandemic when I was struggling to find work I accepted). However I received absolutely no money at all or even any opportunity to earn, and was asked to travel to London presumably without financial compensation.
