Manager and most of team did not bother to show up. Yet, they were allowed to lie and make the decision as to who got the job. Toxic gaslighting team who lies and picked the least qualified individiuals for two specialist jobs. People with 10 to 18 years experience were denied jobs. It is all about who the narcissistic manager personally likes. 95% of the management team does not know the job, they do not communicate or pay attention to detail.

Just left a 1st round interview sort of confused. It appeared the recruiter didn’t know much about the role. I have 10 years of experience and walked him through my experience and accomplishments. He still seemed confused. He asks my salary requirements to which I said that due to my experience I would like to be offered close to the high end of the posted pay range. He advised that it would be a problem for me as they won’t be paying anyone the high end of the posted pay range. My question is why post it then? So misleading. On the plus side, at least he showed up to the interview. My last invitation to interview with this company, I was left hanging out alone in the zoom meeting with no apology for flaking on me.
