I applied to their open role on LinkedIn. A couple weeks later, I had my first of 4 interviews. All went well —> very well including with VP of delivery excellence. Thought a job offer was coming. Instead, I was told that despite wanting to hire me, they did not have enough change management work in the pipeline to do so, which was never communicated to me. They collected resources in case the need arose. A couple weeks later the same role was “actively recruiting” again on LinkedIn.

Interview
Misleading process. Embellished client list and experience as an attempt to lure quality candidates. As the reviews on other websites say, I would save your time. It was hard to decipher the sales pitch mixed with buzzwords but at a high level, my assessment is that they are far from a "boutique" quality consulting firm.
