Video interview followed by a face to face interview with hiring manager and lead Area development manager. Entire process took nearly 2 weeks. Promised a prep call beforehand didn't get one. This was the second time for the same job role. First time someone was preselected and I found out before I was told I wasn't getting it. Second time company didn't have the decency to call and tell me. I actually saw that a person I know got it on their Facebook. Quite unprofessional to say at the least.
