I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BlueBin (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2022
Interview
A phone screening from HR, followed by an "interview" with the "VP of Operations." The phone screening was typical. The interview was over zoom. The interviewer said he was pulled over on the side of the road and DID NOT even turn on his camera. He asked 3-4 softball questions that had little to do with the position or my experience. I figured this was like a second phone screen before an actual interview. Nope! I got a call with a job offer about a week later. I had never even seen anyone's face or the office/work location. At first, they said that relocation might be offered but further down the line. When I got the call for the "offer," the HR representative tried to say that relocation would be in TWO WEEKS. They obviously lied and had planned to do this all along. When I declined, HR then asked if I could relocate in a month. They knew from the first phone call that I could not relocate until April at the earliest, and that depended on where the relocation would be. Way too many red flags.

Interview
Took about a month before I received an offer. The phone interview was simple and straight to the point. Then a zoom interview with a member of leadership, which was a bit more in depth. Finally, I was able to visit the location I would be working at and took a tour and got to know the team. Very relaxed process.
