Was contacted by an in-house recruiter and had a phone conversation. I then talked to the hiring manager in another interview. I then completed a take-home project. Less than a week later they chose to go with someone else. Overall experience is slightly negative due to the amount of time dedicated to the process. There are a total of 6 stages, which is much more than other companies.
