Interview
Phone screen and then in-person. Process took a few days total. First spoke with Founder, he asked me mostly about what I was passionate about, why I was interested in Blue Coda. Then an in-person with Founder and the CEO. They were both friendly, asked some direct questions about objections and experience, and they seemed very excited and positive overall.
