Professionally done interview through Zoom, asked relevant questions related to the position I was applying for and what prior experience I may of had. They also answered how their ticketing process works for someone just starting out and explained that their Tier 2's and above would send you their documentation just so you can get things down faster if you needed to escalate an issue. They were very pleasant to talk to as well.
I was invited for an interview with BlueRock Technologies in summer 2024. The interview was with the team manager of the IT help desk department, the CEO, and a hiring manager. They were all friendly and personable. I particularly found the CEO to be likeable and seemingly very down to earth.
Ultimately, I was looking for a part time internship and they seemed far more interested in hiring full-time, which I believe is probably why I did not hear back. I was nervous about the interview, however after interacting with the three interviewers, I felt much more relaxed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked many questions about how I would proceed when presented with basic IT support problems or customer service issues. They did not elaborate on whether my answers were sufficient or not.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BlueRock Technologies (Troy, MI) in May 2018
Interview
It was a very relaxing interview. He made me feel very comfortable while we were talking and he was asking questions and as I asked questions as well. Great interview.
